iPublish Media Solutions, the leading provider of e-commerce advertising software, and CNPA Services Inc. are pleased to announce a strategic partnership to host a new and enhanced aggregated public notice website capublicnotice.com, a single depository for the state’s published legal notices.
Launched in June, the platform provides added features and gives the public greater ease of accessing legal notices in one aggregated statewide website.
“We are excited to partner with iPublish Media Solutions whose platform not only brings user friendly features and functionalities, but brings a high degree of security in addition to being SOC2 compliant. Network security is always a critical issue for us with any platform we deploy,” said Charles Ford Champion II, Chief Executive Officer of the California News Publishers Association.
“We have also been impressed by their industry knowledge and are confident that our new alliance will better serve our members. Our goal is an enhanced experience for customers, public users, and members, many of whom already use iPublish Media portals.”
The new collaboration improves capublicnotice.com, augmenting the site to be a comprehensive statewide network for public notices, enhancing the public’s access to them and the ease of posting them across the state.
The partnership is another step in preserving public notices by making the aggregated statewide site simple to navigate and fulfill. It also includes a variety of enhancements, including bulk uploading for affidavits and seamless integration from newspapers already using other iPublish Media e-commerce advertising portals.
“This new partnership provides small and mid-size news publishers access to the same state-of-the-art technology used by larger newspapers,” said Malcolm McGrory, Sales Consultant at iPublish Media Solutions. “It’s a win-win for all concerned.”
We all agree that state press associations should host a statewide public notice network online — they already have relationships with most newspapers and are dedicated to keeping newspapers central to public notice distribution.
