1. Make it easy for customers to buy.

For obituaries, that could mean adding permanent memorials like obituary plaques, bookmarks, and memorial trees. Or add social media presence by offering targeted Facebook advertising—where customers choose targeted interests and cities without ever having to learn Facebook advertising.

Focus on less clicks in the purchase process by combining the hosting or Tribute section data collection w/ the notice building form, promote your packages on the landing page, use page space to promote other offers to buyers by placing a static ad in the workflow. You can work with your project manager to get ideas of the newest design and get scheduled this year for an upgrade.
